Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
I need to change the shipping address for my order, but my order has shipped!
Oh no! Unfortunately, after your order has been processed and shipped we are no longer able to change the address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and process a refund to your original form of payment.
My tracking number says it was delivered, but I didn't received my package.
If your tracking number states it was delivered, please allow 7 business days from the day of confirmed delivery. Sometimes packages get lost during transportation or get marked as 'delivered' in error by the post office. Check with your neighbors or members within your household to ask if they mistakenly took the package. If after 7 business days you have not received your order, we encourage you to contact your local post office to place a claim for lost mail.
