Products

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we love our furry friends (an those that are not so furry as well). We do not test any of our products on animals, nor do we use any ingredients that are tested on animals. We also make sure our manufacturers do the same. We are also registered with PETA's database 'beauty without bunnies' program (you can find us under our LLC, Ella's Eve Cosmetics). If you have any questions about this, please email us at hello@ringofcolor.com

Is your product line vegan?

Right now, our Color Me Diamond Lip Glosses and Glossy Lip Oils are fully vegan (yay!). We’re currently working behind the scenes to make our entire lineup vegan-friendly because we believe beauty should feel good and do good.

While our Velvet Matte Liquid Lipsticks aren’t vegan just yet, they are hypoallergenic, cruelty-free, and paraben-free, just like all of our products. No animal testing here, ever.

Shipping

What is the shipping cost?

We ship via USPS and charge is based on destination, weight of your cart order plus weight of the shipping box.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

Once an order is placed, it will take between 2-3 business days to get processed. We ship via USPS first-class international mail, which takes 7-21 business days to deliver your package. Please note that delivery timeline may be affected by holidays, weather, etc. Ring of Color is not responsible for customs requirements or charges added by your country. We can not guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives to the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Ring of Color will not alter any customs forms or mark the package as a gift due to federal and international laws. Packages refused by customers who didn't pay customs are not eligible for refund.

How long will it take to get my order?

Domestic

Once an order is placed, it will take between 2-3 business days to get processed. We ship via USPS, so once your order has been processed please allow 1-5 business days for your package to be delivered. Please note that delivery timeline may be affected by holidays, weather, etc.

International

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

I need to change the shipping address for my order, but it has already shipped!

Oh no! Unfortunately, after your order has been processed and shipped we are no longer able to change the address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and process a refund to your original form of payment.

Order Issues

My tracking number says it was delivered, but I didn't receive my package.

If your tracking number states it was delivered, please allow 7 business days from the day of confirmed delivery. Sometimes packages get lost during transportation or get marked as 'delivered' in error by the post office. Check with your neighbors or members within your household to ask if they mistakenly took the package. 

If after 7 business days you have not received your order, we encourage you to contact your local post office to place a claim for lost mail. Send us a message at hello@ringofcolor.com to be able to assist you. Ring of Color is not liable if a package was lost in the mail and we reserve the right for any refunds.

Can I cancel or make a change on an order I placed?

All sales are final. Orders can not be canceled or changed once they have been placed. Please make sure to review your order before submitting.

I received a damaged/broken item in my order.

We are so sorry! We know how it feels when you are excited to open your package and all of a sudden notice something is wrong with a product. Please email us at hello@ringofcolor.com within 10 business days of delivery with your order number, the name of the broken product and a pic of the damaged product. We will be sure to get back to you ASAP!

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

We want our customers to enjoy our products and look amazing in them. Considerations for refunds will only be granted should products arrived damaged. In such cases, we ask to please email us within 10 days of receiving item(s) purchased at hello@ringofcolor.com with your order number, description of concern and a picture to proof damage. Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns on products due to hygienic reasons. We do not allow exchange or cancellation. 

Please also keep in mind that colors will always appear different on individuals depending on their skin tone and their lip pigmentation, therefore, products will not be exchange/refunded for this reason. Colors might also look different depending of the resolution of your computer/phone screen. Ring of Color reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Do you work with Influencers/Creators

Yes, we do work with influencers/creators, but please note that we are a small business and have very limited promotional inventory.

You can send us an email tohello@ringofcolor.comto be considered to be added to our PR list, but please note there is no guarantee. We will contact you if we feel you are a right fit for our brand.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to states in which we have a nexus; which currently that would be the state of Michigan.
